Experteer Overview As Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader, you will drive end-to-end development, validation and industrialization of mechatronic and electronic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international OEM suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-efficient, high-quality delivery. You will define architectures, oversee hardware-software-mechanics integration, and support risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This role bridges R&D; and manufacturing to scale Technogym's innovative health tech. You'll help shape reliable devices that empower a healthier world. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead end-to-end development to meet quality, cost, and performance targets Ensure project timing, milestones and budget adherence Define technical specifications and system architectures for mechanics, electronics and software Supervise design choices for reliability, manufacturability and serviceability Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D; electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing, purchasing, quality)



Oversee creation and maintenance of technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports) Support industrialization phases and product start-up with rapid issue resolution Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews and risk mitigation Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools and design methodologies Lead root-cause analysis for performance, reliability or quality issues Responsabilità Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields Experience in mechatronic/electronic system design, development and industrialization Experience with embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, networking technologies Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) for managing structures, changes and BOMs Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/electronic systems Project management capabilities
