Experteer Overview Senior Buyer leading supplier relationships within the Mechanical commodity group to ensure timely sourcing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and steering systems. You will align with central purchasing strategies and manage both tactical and strategic purchasing for European plants. The role focuses on cost reduction, supplier performance, and on-time delivery, supporting new product launches and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive economic savings and negotiate favorable agreements, contributing to CNH's mission of sustainable productivity. and steering systems for European plants Manage external procurement and sourcing vendors with KPIs like ageing and requisition backlog Oversee tactical and strategic purchasing of critical production parts Support new product launch initiatives with cost reduction and sourcing strategies Drive economic savings, negotiate price reductions, and secure long-term agreements Manage supplier relationships and resolve cost, quality, and delivery issues Lead contract negotiations including master agreements, warranty and non-disclosure agreements Coordinate with stakeholders to align objectives and ensure timely delivery Responsabilità Short/Master Degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance preferred Fluent English Excellent Excel and Office skills Knowledge of local supplier market for the relevant product/commodity Minimum 3 years' experience in the position Requisiti fondamentali Flexible work arrangements Parental leave Employee Assistance Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
