Experteer Overview In this Growth Marketing role, you will own and scale Huspy's acquisition strategy across multiple markets, building channels from scratch and turning offline signals into scalable growth systems. You'll partner with product, data, sales, and engineering to optimize the full funnel and drive metrics like CAC, LTV, and retention. You'll design experiments, establish repeatable growth playbooks, and create referral and partnership engines. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-moving, founder-driven environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Own acquisition strategy and execution across new and existing channels
Identify, test, launch, and scale new acquisition channels including referrals, partnerships, creators/influencers, community, and offline-to-online systems
Design and run growth experimentation frameworks for measurable impact
Build repeatable, scalable growth systems and playbooks
Design and launch referral and partnership programs as long-term engines
Optimize the full funnel: traffic, activation, conversion, revenue
Improve core metrics: CAC, LTV, CPL,



SQLs, conversion rates, retention
Collaborate with product, data, sales, engineering, and local teams to unlock growth levers
Build dashboards, insights, and reporting for prioritization and investment decisions
Own performance tracking, experimentation documentation, and growth playbooks for scale
Responsabilità Strong expertise in growth marketing and acquisition
Proven experience launching channels from zero to scale
Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
Strong in growth experimentation frameworks (hypothesis-driven testing, rapid iteration)
Advanced in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, ROAS, retention
Hands‐on with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Marketing automation tools
Landing pages, attribution frameworks
