Overview Experteer Overview In this pivotal role within Syensqo's Growth and Digital Innovation team, you lead cybersecurity across Sustainability, Growth Enablement, and R&I; to enable secure digital transformation. You'll partner with business and technical teams to embed secure practices, drive delivery excellence, and ensure compliance. As a trusted advisor, you coach teams, remove barriers, and align security with innovation. This is a chance to shape security culture and support sustainable growth at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Represent the CISO Office within the IT domain to align with security strategy Provide hands-on coaching and constructive input to cross-functional teams Facilitate secure delivery by removing barriers and embedding security from the start Promote a culture of shared cybersecurity responsibility and continuous learning Engage with management and stakeholders to discuss security topics and strategic decisions Support compliance and process alignment across internal policies and regulatory requirements Continuously assess and improve security practices and technologies across domains Responsabilità 5+ years of experience in Information Security, IT operations, or related roles Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST) Experience with risk management, vulnerability management, and compliance assessments Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives and drive results Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus Fluent English; French is a plus Requisiti fondamentali Competitive salary and benefits package 16+ weeks parental leave Training platform for all employees Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological) Hybrid working model #J-18808-Ljbffr
