Experteer Overview As a Business Unit Senior Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner to BU leadership, delivering rigorous analysis and forward-looking insights to guide decisions and drive sustainable performance. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, translating results into actionable guidance for growth and profitability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and support go/no-go product decisions, contributing to the company's strategic objectives. This role offers impact through shaping financial strategy and strengthening business partnerships. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts for BU sales, capex, and operating costs in alignment with strategy Serve as primary finance partner to BU leaders,
translating P&L; results into actionable insights Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting and variance analysis with narrative on risks and opportunities Act as sparring partner to BU General Manager to drive sustainable growth and profitability Conduct product profitability and investment return analyses; support new product business cases and go/no-go decisions Monitor sales and margin evolution with corrective actions based on variance analysis Build cross-functional relationships to foster a performance-driven culture Foster adoption of new analytics tools to enhance financial visibility and decision-support across BUs Responsabilità Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) Minimum 5 years of controlling experience in complex multinational environments Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Power Point) Accounting acumen with strong numeric and analytical abilities Highly organized with reliable work method Business acumen and proactivity in fast-paced contexts Curious, willing to learn, team player with good communication/listening skills Willingness to travel (plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
