Experteer Overview As Technical Manager for the Retail Portfolio, you will oversee technical operations across 50 shopping centres to ensure reliability and compliance. You'll coordinate with on‐site managers and service providers to maintain asset integrity and drive multi‐year Cap Ex plans aligned with ESG goals. Your role combines maintenance governance, risk‐based prioritisation, and reporting to stakeholders, enabling long‐term value preservation. You will lead a small technical team and work with cross‐functional groups to standardise practices and improve efficiency. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven position at a market‐leading property services firm. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee day‐to‐day technical management across 50 shopping centres to ensure consistent quality and operations Monitor building systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, fire protection, lifts, etc.) and coordinate with on‐site managers Supervise maintenance planning, verify contractor work quality and timeliness,



and prioritise activities by risk and budget Develop and implement standardised maintenance procedures across the portfolio Manage 24/7 on‐call responses for technical emergencies and coordinate with service providers Prepare and update 3- and 5‐year Cap Ex plans, assess obsolescence, and collaborate with Asset Management and Landlords for approvals Monitor Cap Ex progress, report to stakeholders, and identify energy efficiency and ESG opportunities Lead a team of 5 technical resources, set objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development Ensure regulatory compliance of building systems and manage relationships with regulatory bodies Produce periodic technical reports for Management and Landlords and contribute to annual technical budgeting Responsabilità 10 years in technical roles within facility/technical property management or plant management Proven experience in managing complex real estate portfolios with multiple sites Experience in multi‐ye
