Experteer Overview In this HR Generalist role, you will provide guidance across the employee lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance in a multinational Italy-focused setting. You will collaborate with European and global teams, support HR initiatives, and adapt processes to evolving employee expectations and regulatory changes. You will drive improvements in the employee experience while backing strategic HR projects. This position offers an international, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on integrity and stakeholder collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide HR advisory and support across the full employee lifecycle, including regulatory compliance and engagement
Manage HR projects and tasks with business leaders, HR teams, and COEs, including policy implementation and HR technology deployment
Support organizational restructuring plans and rewards frameworks, job evaluation, and recognition programs
Oversee absenteeism management, mobility, flexible work arrangements,



and performance management
Support payroll, administrative activities, and HR programs
Facilitate Works Council reporting, ensure legal documentation, and assist in managing agreements
Ensure alignment with company strategy and provide operational HR support to the HR team
Maintain up-to-date HR practices and regulatory knowledge in an international context
Responsabilità 10+ years of operational and advisory HR experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR administration
Proven track record in managing projects and organizational change
Experience in a global company preferred
Familiarity with matrix organizations advantageous
Proficiency in HCM systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
