Job Overview In this role you will support HSE programs across European hubs and local units, driving regional alignment with the HSE Management System and strategic improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with multiple business units to monitor KPIs, deploy strategic plans, and coordinate audits and corrective actions. The role focuses on strengthening HSE qualifications and learning from incidents to prevent recurrences, while leveraging IT systems to support development processes. This is a hands‐on position that combines regional governance with cross‐unit engagement to advance Hitachi Energy's HSE objectives. Responsibilities Support regional and local HSE programs across European units Monitor and report on HSE processes, KPIs,



and system improvements Coordinate deployment of HSE strategic plans and follow up on actions Implement and track HSE Management System and strategic improvement programs Ensure sufficient HSE qualifications to meet capacity requirements across factories Prepare for and support internal/external HSE audits and NCR resolution Coordinate IT systems to support HSE development processes Evaluate HUB EUC progress against HSE targets and compliance Support learning from incidents and implement corrective actions from TRI and HPI investigations Improve and sustain HSE processes and documentation processes Qualifications University Degree in Occupational Safety and Health 6+ years of HSE experience, international operations a plus Experience in Servicing, Manufacturing, Testing Experience with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 Willingness to travel regionally & globally (10‐20%) Strong English communication skills Benefits Health insurance Pension fund Welfare Flexible working type Flexible working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
