Experteer Overview In this role you drive the global cyber security agenda for a large-scale manufacturing environment, including OT/Industrial Control Systems protection. You shape security strategy, design robust solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust, IAM), and collaborate with IT, OT and business teams to secure production assets. You ensure regulatory compliance and lead incident response, vulnerability management, and SOC activities. This senior position offers meaningful impact across the whole landscape of the company's security posture. Retribuzione / Benefits Support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy and lead global projects within time, budget and quality constraints Design and implement secure solutions such as Zero-Trust and identity/access management Evaluate and propose new cyber security technologies to strengthen defense Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant networks and critical assets Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure and OT Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards Maintain and update internal cyber security policies and procedures Coordinate cyber security incident management for rapid response Oversee Security Operations Center activities Foster cyber security culture through training and awareness programs Provide expert guidance on best practices to IT, OT, development and business teams Responsabilità Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 8+ years in IT with a focus on cyber security, preferably in multinational manufacturing or industrial environment Deep knowledge of cyber security protocols and practices (identity management, vulnerability management) and experience with IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR Familiarity with cloud security principles Foundational knowledge of OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and securing SCADA/DCS Familiarity with common frameworks (e.g., NIST) Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, GICSP
