Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard and optimize the performance of Wise Energy's global solar PV portfolio, ensuring high asset availability and strong performance ratios. You will bridge operations with strategic objectives, coordinating with O&M; contractors and stakeholders to drive technical excellence. You'll interface with clients, oversee documentation and reporting, and lead continuous improvement to maximize asset value and deliver sustainable energy solutions. This position offers international scope, a hands-on impact, and opportunities to mentor colleagues. Retribuzione / Benefits Supervise and analyse daily technical and operational performance of solar PV plants, spotting trends and improvement opportunities Detect, investigate, resolve, and prevent incidents to optimize availability and performance Support portfolio supervision and contribute to technical analysis and strategic decisions with senior stakeholders Manage O&M; contractor relationships ensuring contractual compliance and high service delivery Act as the main technical interface with clients,
providing insights and maintaining stakeholder relations Coordinate O&M; handovers, site visits, punch lists, and technical documentation to ensure quality and timeliness Prepare and deliver high-quality technical performance reports with actionable insights Support compliance with DNOs, insurers, and regulatory authorities Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and asset performance Lead team activities, including workload planning and fostering collaboration Mentor, train, and support junior analysts to promote knowledge sharing and development Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant science discipline Minimum of 6 years' experience in the solar PV sector (developer, asset management, or engineering consultancy) Proven experience managing PV portfolios, performance analysis, and root-cause identification of site issues Experie
