Are you looking for your first professional experience in an international company?
We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team in Castelazzo Bormida. This is a great opportunity to learn step by step, develop practical skills, and gain hands‑on experience in customer management, logistics, and operations.
No previous experience is required – we will train you from the beginning.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive structured training , allowing you to progressively take ownership of your responsibilities.
Communicate with customers via email and phone
Manage and follow up on customer orders and deliveries





Assist with shipments and basic warehouse operations (packing, preparation of goods, etc.)
Work with the internal company system (ERP – training provided)
Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience.
Recent graduate or candidate looking for a first work experience (0–2 years)
Degree in Business, Economics, Science or similar is a plus, but not mandatory
Fluent Italian + good English level (B2 minimum)
Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is not required .
