Purpose of the position: As a System Engineering Manager , you will join the ENCAR Business Line , playing a key role in coordinating engineering design activities for critical systems and plant areas that are essential to project success.
You will work closely with the Project Technical Manager , ensuring effective engineering coordination and execution across complex systems such as underground networks, 3D CAD models, modularized units, and highly integrated packages.




How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for assigned systems and plant areas throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive technical integration across engineering disciplines and external Saipem Engineering Centers, enabling effective and timely decision-making.
- Lead 3D model activities, including planning, reviews, quality control and clash management.
- Ensure compliance with Client requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Manage engineering deliverables, interfaces, changes and constructability aspects within the assigned scope.
- Monitor engineering man-hours and material quantities, progress, costs and risks, implementing recovery plans when necessary.
- Act as the primary technical interface with Clients, Vendors and project stakeholders for assigned systems and 3D model activities.
