Experteer Overview In this role you will lead AV technology for corporate events, supporting executives and end users. You will manage on‐site AV setups, mentor a junior colleague, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless event delivery. The position sits within Employee IT Services and offers exposure to high‐profile stakeholders and scalable event technology. You'll influence how we present and run events across a global brand portfolio, combining software and hardware expertise with strong client‐facing skills.



Responsibilities Provide technical support for audio/video events Install and configure hardware and software Perform routine maintenance and updates Set up and manage meeting rooms and systems Train users and offer live support during events Collaborate with IT teams on related projects SW/HW support for end-users On‐site presence during weekends for specific events (avg 2 weekends per month) On‐site presence required during all events and weekends Flexibility and availability Qualifications Knowledge of Magic Info / Exterity / Watch Out is appreciated Excellent English speaker 2–3 years of experience in audio/video processing (Exterity/Watch Out or equivalent) Educational background in Information Technology Strong problem solving skills Solid experience with Microsoft software packages Solid experience in hardware management (Computers, Printers, Mobile, Network, Mac) Benefits Leonardo learning platform Flexible work conditions Health insurance coverage Meal vouchers Employee discounts on company products Company‐provided laptop and mobile phone #J-18808-Ljbffr
