The Role
As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations. You'll ensure smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support. You'll play a critical role in maintaining a compliant,



well‐organized, and people‐first work environment.
This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‐paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
Assist with day‐to‐day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
Support internal HR initiatives, including company‐sponsored people programs and team communications.
Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well‐documented HR environment.
