Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security systems and logs for potential threats. Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Collaborate with IT and other departments on security-related projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and tools. Provide training and support to junior security staff. Document security incidents and create detailed reports. Recommend improvements to enhance security posture. Other Responsibilities Adhere to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company. Job Specifications Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or equivalent with Cyber Security experience. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles. Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Comp TIA Security+ are preferred. Strong understanding of security protocols, SIEM, and firewall management. Proven experience in incident response and threat analysis. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking. Working Conditions The Security Analyst may be required to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage of security operations.
