Senior Quantity Surveyor role supporting a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You will lead cost control, subcontractor management, and client engagement across M&E; and civil/structural packages to ensure cost efficiency and timely reporting. You'll work closely with site teams and a Project Director to deliver turnkey, high-value infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where you shape commercial outcomes and support project delivery in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. The role offers rotation, accommodation, transport, and living allowances as part of a competitive package. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop subcontract tender packages and evaluate bids for senior management review Negotiate with subcontractors, hold pre-let meetings, and issue subcontract orders Oversee multiple subcontract packages from order through final account, including remeasurement and claims Prepare monthly cost reports and project end-of-life projections with site teams Attend stakeholder meetings with clients, subcontractors,



and internal teams Resolve client/subcontractor disputes professionally Prepare and submit valuations with certification and tracking for invoicing Measure work packages from drawings and price packages to reflect accurate costs Manage project budgets under direction of the Project Director Compile monthly commercial reports and maintain cost documentation Ensure timely submission of claims/notices per contract provisions Mentor and support junior commercial team members Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying Minimum 7+ years' experience in commercial/quantity surveying in M&E; or civil/structural contracting Experience with subcontractor procurement, package management, and claims resolution Strong understanding of commercial procedures, valuations, and contract administration Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Team-focused with
