Milano e provincia For our client, a leading real estate investment firm with a portfolio spanning office, logistics, and residential assets , we are seeking an Investment / Transaction Manager with additional expertise in Asset Management .
Develop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives
Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio

Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economicsMinimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estateAffinity both with transactions and asset managementStrong quantitative skills is a mustUnderstanding of financial practices applied to real estateWell informed of local legislation applicable to real estateExcellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant networkReady to travelStrong communication and negotiation capabilitiesResilient and well organised multi-tasker and team playerComfortable within an evolving and international environmentProactive, flexible and assertiveExcellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
