Experteer Overview In this role you will join Capco's consulting team to analyze and define business and technical requirements for financial services clients. You will shape value-driven delivery by writing epics, features and stories, and by aligning backlog work with people, processes and technology. You'll collaborate across Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Technology to identify risks, issues and dependencies in an agile setting.

Retribuzione / Benefits Define and write high-level epics, features and stories to create value-driven frameworks
Coordinate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure backlog items reflect people, process and technology capabilities and constraints
Translate work into user journeys and target designs




Identify areas for change and support the business through implementation to enable continuous improvement
Identify and report risks, issues and dependencies within an agile delivery context
Responsabilità 2 years minimum experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services and/or Consultancy
Practical experience with discovery and delivery projects
Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Effective and adaptable communication across audiences and business functions
