Experteer Overview In this role you own the global Alsmart-based HVACR software ecosystem, shaping a scalable portfolio that delivers customer value. You will align multiple lines, regions, and partners to decide what to build and how to bring it to market. You drive strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management across heat pumps, chillers, and other HVACR applications. You'll work cross-functionally to standardize reuse, protect IP, and enable scale, accelerating impact across the portfolio. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and manage the global Alsmart HVACR software portfolio across devices and systems Define roadmaps based on customer value, market impact, and strategic fit Lead prioritization and portfolio strategy with clear criteria for demand, reuse, effort, and relevance Coordinate development across product lines, regions, tech teams, and external partners to promote standardization and reuse Align go-to-market approaches with marketing, legal, and platform teams Drive release planning and lifecycle management ensuring quality, compatibility, documentation,



versioning, and phase-outs Responsabilità Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field +5 years in product/portfolio management or system solutions in HVACR, industrial automation, or embedded control platforms Proven ability to lead through influence in a global matrix organization Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills Broad system-level understanding of HVACR applications; ability to discuss control strategies and customer requirements Experience with PLCs, software platforms, ecosystems, reusable libraries, software licensing, IP management, or industrial software release processes (advantage) Requisiti fondamentali Hybrid working arrangement Permanent contract Competitive annual gross salary (63,000–72,000 EUR) Premio system linked to company performance Career development and mentoring Inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
