Experteer Overview In this role you will manage local media and advertising to drive performance, aligning with global and regional strategies. You will own the local budget, coordinate with global teams, and monitor KPIs to optimize results across channels. You'll contribute market insights to the global strategy and supervise media agencies and loyalty programs. This position blends cross‐functional collaboration with data‐driven marketing to elevate brand presence in Italy. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and manage the local Media & Advertising budget across channels (TV, digital, DM) and forecast in collaboration with global/region teams Oversee the overall advertising budget for efficiency and strategic alignment Be accountable for country Media & Advertising results and ensure delivery per plan Lead marketing performance management across channels and report KPIs (leads, traffic, awareness) Provide market-specific insights to influence global strategy Coordinate media agencies following Global Agency strategy Manage local loyalty programs: mechanics, briefs,
