Experteer Overview As a Project Engineer at Purina, you will lead engineering projects within a manufacturing setting to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and safety/compliance. You'll collaborate across design, production, maintenance and central teams to implement technical solutions that improve processes and support Nestlé's standards. The role blends project management with hands‐on technical coordination, supplier management, and sustainability initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and execute projects with defined scope, timelines, resources and budgets
Coordinate technical activities across design, production and maintenance
Manage suppliers and contractors, contracts, timelines and deliverables quality
Maintain and report project documentation, risk assessments and progress updates
Monitor costs and identify cost‐saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety policies and environmental standards

Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and energy use
Collaborate with HSE, quality, logistics and central teams to align with Nestlé standards
Support technology integration, automation and digital tools
Provide training and post‐handover support to operators and maintenance teams
Contribute to sustainability initiatives aligned with MM0 targets
Responsabilità University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields)
2-3 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering, preferably in Food/Pharma/FMCG
Proven project management and technical problem-solving experience
PMI or similar certification is a plus
English fluency mandatory; Italian preferred
Experience in Maintenance department is a plus
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
Strong analytical and communication skills
