As our Office & Facility Assistant in Sesto San Giovanni, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, well organised and efficient workplace for colleagues, visitors and partners.What will you be doing?You will be the go to person for office and facility operations, ensuring the site runs seamlessly day to day. From welcoming visitors and managing reception activities, to coordinating facilities, suppliers and internal services, your work will directly support our teams and culture. You will collaborate closely with local stakeholders, handle administrative and logistical tasks, and help deliver a professional and positive on site experience for everyone who comes through our doors.What will you need to be successful?A few years of experience in a similar office or facilities role within a corporate environment,
with confidence managing multiple prioritiesIntermediate level English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools, and comfort working with systems and administrative processesA proactive, communicative and well organised approach, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detailThe anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 26.750 – 40.000 EUR.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations.
