Experteer Overview In this role you support Medpace's clinical monitoring efforts across Italy, enabling high-quality, compliant trials. You will join a cross-functional team to conduct site visits, verify data and investigator qualifications, and ensure regulatory adherence. The position offers substantial training and opportunities to advance within a global CRO environment. You will travel up to 60–80% nationally, coordinating with site staff and reporting teams to drive trial integrity. This is a mission-driven opportunity to contribute to safe, effective therapeutics and patient outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in line with the protocol Communicate with site staff including coordinators and CR physicians Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, labs, equipment,



and staff Verify data against case report forms and ensure proper documentation and protocol deviations are reported Ensure enrollment of eligible subjects and conduct regulatory document reviews Manage medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory Review adverse events, SAEs, concomitant medications, and illnesses for accurate reporting Assess site patient recruitment and retention performance and suggest improvements Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with findings and recommended actions Responsabilità Master degree in health-related field CRA certification completed per DMC 15/11/2011 Previous experience as CRA Willing to travel up to 60-80% nationally Familiarity with Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Italian Strong communication and presentation skills (preferred) Requisiti fondamentali Flexible work environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Competitive PTO packages Structured career paths with opportunities for professional growth Company-sponsored employee appreciation events Employee health and wellness initiatives #J-18808-Lj
