Overview In this senior role, you will lead commercial management on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan, focusing on procurement, cost control, and client relations. You will work with the Commercial Manager, Project Director, and site teams to ensure commercial success across the project lifecycle. You will own multiple subcontract packages and drive value through pricing, variations, and final accounts. This is a chance to shape outcomes on Europe's leading data centre developments. Responsibilities Manage subcontract procurement from tender to award Prepare tender packages and analyse subcontractor returns Negotiate subcontract agreements and attend pre-let meetings Manage subcontract packages through to final account Prepare monthly cost reports and end-of-project forecasts Produce valuations,



payment applications and cost reporting Manage client and subcontractor communications Assess and manage commercial risks and variations Prepare and negotiate claims and final accounts Measure work packages from drawings and price them Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings Ensure contract and project procedure compliance Qualifications 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor Experience working for a Main Contractor or General Contractor Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Experience managing complex subcontract packages Strong procurement, contracts and cost management understanding Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Data Centre experience is advantageous but not essential M&E; or CSA project experience depending on discipline Benefits Accommodation Rotation Travel Net Living Allowance Competitive salary Benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
