Experteer Overview In this role you will support underwriting and manage end-to-end claim and operations activities for the protection portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure quality service and compliant processing. You'll handle escalated inquiries and contribute to efficient backoffice and customer care operations. This position offers impact across protection products (Term Life/TCM) and claims, with opportunities to influence KPIs and service standards. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, regulatory awareness, and continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Support underwriting activities for protection products (Term Life / TCM) Oversee end-to-end claims management from notification to settlement Provide operations support to the Direct business channel and monitor KPIs/SLAs, service quality,



and ticket handling with external providers Support customer care and back-office operations Provide second-level support to the contact center for escalated queries and complex cases Responsabilità 2–5 years in life insurance, preferably in underwriting or operations with exposure to underwriting/claims Experience with protection products (Term Life / TCM) would be a plus Familiarity with GDPR and AML Generative AI knowledge would be a plus Strong analytical skills and ability to manage operational data/reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Team player with a collaborative approach Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
