Agilent Technologies Italia SpA is seeking a Remote Support Engineer based in Milan (hybrid), providing high‑level technical support to Life Science and Chemical Analysis customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will focus on chromatography (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS) to reduce downtime and identify repair strategies.
The ideal candidate has a chemistry or life sciences degree, hands-on chromatography experience, and is fluent in English and Italian.
