Experteer Overview
In this role you will support financial controlling for Group Shared Services, driving analysis and consistency across budgets and forecasts. You will partner with GHO and other finance teams to align financial impacts and reporting. You will oversee cost reallocations in line with transfer pricing policies and internal regulations. You will promote financial best practices in line with group policies and framework, contributing to accurate controls and sustainable value creation. This position offers the chance to shape financial governance in a large, global insurance group.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead analysis of Cost Center budgets for GHO, Strategic Initiatives, and other Group Shared Services, identifying variances to budget, actuals, and forecast




- Partner with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to ensure alignment of financial impacts, budget controls, and reporting
- Oversee cost reallocation and communication to Group Business Units in compliance with transfer pricing policies and internal framework
- Drive and maintain financial best practices in accordance with group policies, regulation, and defined framework

Responsabilità
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- At least 5 years' experience in Finance Controlling, preferably Cost Controlling
- Experience in project management/controlling is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English
