Richemont seeks an IT Team Leader for Retail and Corporate to manage the Field Services and Support team across Milano and Italy. You will deliver high-quality IT support on-site and remotely, coordinate with Group IT, and drive strategic initiatives for store openings, refurbishments, and events.
You will lead a ~10-person team, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence through ITIL-aligned processes, ServiceNow usage, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a global environment.
