Rome Business School is looking for a Head of International Admissions to lead and scale our international student recruitment strategy.

This is not a reporting role.




This is a leadership role with direct impact on international enrollment growth, team performance, and the quality of our global cohorts.

You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and enrolling high-potential international candidates across global markets, while ensuring academic standards, diversity, and institutional positioning remain strong.

What You Will Own

International Recruitment Growth
- Drive international enrollment targets across programs and markets.
- Design and execute performance-driven recruitment strategies.
- Ensure predictable forecasting and sustainable revenue growth.
- Balance commercial performance with academic quality.

Performance & Funnel Optimization
- Oversee full admissions funnel performance and KPIs.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement real-time corrective actions.
- Ensure strong CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making.
