His/her overall goal is to reduce the number of defects on our cars in the field.

Main Responsibilities

His/her main role is to perform pre‑analysis of issues in the field: characterization & handover.

In his/her scope of responsibility (part of vehicle, propulsion...)he/she is in charge of:
- the detection of issues in the field - the alert in case of crisis (or recurrence or media risk)
- hand over the issue to the right owner (supplier, plant, engineering, after/sales) with the appropriate priority, or if it’s an already known issue, update the database.
- All sources of issues should be used (warranty claims, DID, OTA data...).
- Use of AI and big data analytics tools to perform the activities.

All actions are made in accordance with the existing standards; actions are traced in IT systems (Palantir/Foundry, GIM/Altis/PLM).
