In this role you lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination for a data centre project, guiding MEP delivery and ensuring clash‑free, standards‑aligned models. You’ll work with design and construction teams, stakeholders, and digital construction initiatives to drive efficient delivery. The position focuses on mentoring the BIM/MEP team, solving complex technical issues, and promoting best practices to enhance project outcomes. This on‑site Milan role offers a chance to shape model quality and workflow efficiency within a turnkey data centre contractor.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination across design and construction stages; ensure clash‑free models and integration with architectural and CSA teams
- Oversee BIM delivery and model quality, enforce BIM Execution Plans, validate LOD requirements, and ensure compliance
- Provide technical guidance to the BIM/MEP team,



mentor modellers, resolve technical issues, and act as escalation point
- Interface with project stakeholders including project managers, discipline leads, subcontractors, and design partners to align on progress and change management
- Support digital construction and workflow optimisation by developing workflows, introducing new BIM tools, and promoting best practices

Responsabilità
- Relevant degree-level qualifications or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large‑scale construction projects
- MEP background
- Experience leading BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projects
