Repas Lunch Coupon, Italian company with 40 years of history, is looking for 3 Sales Executive positions in Lombardia, covering the segments of Buoni Pasto. The role focuses on business development in the provinces of Milano, Bergamo, and Brescia.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to networking in the territory, ensuring a consistent and valuable presence at clients and developing the assigned portfolio.
- Build long‑term relationships, acting as a reference point for evolving services.
- Promote the adoption of digital platforms (such as the customer portal for smart orders and the new app).
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and map territorial potential.
- Collaborate and coordinate with regional branches of the group to reach common commercial objectives.
- Create synergies between client companies (who order vouchers) and local merchants who accept them, expanding the coverage of Buoni Pasto and welfare services.

Requirements




- At least 3‑5 years of B2B services sales experience, preferably in HR, Welfare, Payroll, or enterprise services.
- Ability to build rapport in person, with a strong lean towards using technology and data.
- Capability to interface with HR directors, commercial teams, and CFOs, understanding the fiscal value of welfare.
- Excellent communication skills, results orientation, and natural problem‑solving attitude.
