Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliates within the real estate market to maximise revenue and build long-term relationships. This is a client-facing, travel-based sales role covering Northern Italy,
requiring regular in-person meetings with affiliates and prospective clients.
A strong focus on nurturing affiliate relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and expanding GC Partners’ target client base is essential.
Working closely with stakeholders, the BDM will play a key role in meeting sales targets and ensuring affiliates and clients receive excellent service. The successful candidate will embody GC Partners’ core values and adopt a client‑centric approach in all interactions.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients or affiliates effectively.
