Experteer Overview
In this role you optimize production methods and equipment to reduce labor and improve quality, efficiency, and safety. You will define work sequences for new production processes to meet cost and investment targets, and you’ll lead cross-functional projects from development to sales release. You’ll collaborate across locations and with agile teams to ensure customer value and timely delivery. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven role within ABB’s Electrification area that shapes how products are industrialized and brought to market.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead lifecycle projects for products after release for sales and coordinate multi-location teams
- Manage project costs, scheduling, and deliverables within a global setup
- Ensure requirements are met by partnering with business units and external resources
- Maintain customer value focus and manage expectations across stakeholders
- Oversee change requests, risk identification, and communication




- Handle product changes and customizations per ABB gate model from request to release for sales
- Collaborate with agile teams, operations, and sales to optimize response time, quality, and performance
- Transfer new products from development to operations with complete documentation (drawings, BoM, instructions, manuals)

Responsabilità
- Engagement in industrialization processes in electrification
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- Ability to communicate in multicultural environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in Italian and English
