Experteer Overview
In this role you drive governance for the Information Security Master Plan, focusing on Identity Lifecycle management and SoD initiatives. You’ll collaborate across IT and business teams to implement security policies and support cross-functional programs. You work on awareness, training, risk management, and compliance, shaping how access and roles are governed across the organization. This is a hands‑on opportunity to impact identity governance across SAP modules and enterprise data, contributing to a secure, compliant, and efficient environment.

- Plan and estimate budgets and schedules for Information Security Master Plan activities
- Oversee maintenance and implementation of security policies and procedures, reporting risks to stakeholders
- Design and deliver awareness campaigns, workshops, and training for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with HR and other providers to select and evaluate training content and platforms
- Define and review Identity Lifecycle models and SoD with business, IT, HR, risk, privacy, and compliance
- Lead Identity Lifecycle and SoD projects for non-finance areas (SAP MM/SD) and extend governance to all apps and data
- Collaborate with HRBP, BPO, and IT to build a centralized RBAC library
- Map and monitor application profiles, enforce SoD, and handle anomalies
- Manage risk assessments for access requests outside the RBAC library and design exception workflows
- Define access provisioning and review processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Automate onboarding, role changes, and offboarding with HRIS integration
- Maintain RBAC library with HRBP and BPOs to ensure SoD is kept
- Participate in incident investigations related to identity and access management
- Promote SoD awareness among stakeholders and IT
- Act as governance point within Identity Lifecycle Management ensuring appropriate access and risk assessment
- Contribute to SoD models and controls with IT, internal co
