Overview
As Legal Specialist in the Legal Affairs Finance & Wealth Management Unit, you will support the Bank across technology law, data governance, regulatory matters and IP protection. You will draft and negotiate contracts, provide day-to-day legal guidance, and monitor Italian and EU developments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsels to ensure regulatory compliance and sound contracting. This role offers impact in a complex, cross-functional environment within a leading private bank.

- Offer opinions and memoranda to internal functions on a wide legal spectrum

Responsabilità
- Law Degree
- Bar admission
- ≥5 years' experience in leading Italian or international law firms or in-house legal departments of banks or supervised entities
- Excellent written and spoken English
