Sales Operation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support the activities of the Sales Operations Department. This role will contribute to enhancing sales performances by managing processes and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Orders, Wholesale, Retail and Inventory monitoring and analysis
- Collaborate to develop the commercial strategy and monthly sales promotions
- Monitor and analyze programs’ performance, making necessary adjustments if needed
- Prepare regular reports on campaigns effectiveness and sales impact
- Maintain sales programs within the IT systems, ensuring accurate data management and program tracking
- Oversee the payment approval process and coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate processing

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree preferably in economics or management engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Automotive sector, ideally in similar roles within a National Sales Company
- Solid analytical skills and strong results orientation
- Excellent communication,



interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and make sound decisions
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Team Collaboration: work effectively to support and build alignment across departments
- Project Management: proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to execution
- Problem solving: proactive approach to challenges and ability to find constructive solutions
