Experteer Overview
As an Associate in McKinsey’s Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in Milan, you will help leading organizations achieve marketing-driven growth by supporting client projects across consumer and business-to-business sectors. You’ll receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate leadership development while contributing to strategic marketing and sales initiatives. You will work in cross-functional teams on diverse industries, gaining exposure to senior leaders and executive clients. This role combines problem solving with hands‑on delivery to drive measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- University degree
- Experience in operational or strategic marketing in consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutics, or consulting focused on growth topics
- Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s)
- Willingness to travel
