Overview

Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A;) team: supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network.
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
- Act as a business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Economics, Business Administration,



Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
