Overview
As Wellness Custom Solution Manager at Technogym HQ, you will tailor the Total Technogym Solution for international KA chains, crafting the ideal wellness journey and business model. You will develop brand standards for the KA solution and coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive customization. You will lead international KA pilots (proof of concept) and monitor their success to trigger follow-ups. You will join key account visits to elevate the solution selling pitch and ensure an optimal customer experience, while coaching the SKA sales network and feeding client feedback back to HQ.
Responsibilities
- Customize Total Technogym Solution for Int.KA chains and design the ideal wellness journey and business model
- Develop KA solution brand standards and drive customization with internal stakeholders
- Manage international KA chain pilots execution excellence (proof of concept)
- Monitor pilots' success and ignite follow-up




- Join visits with key accounts and prospects to elevate the solution selling pitch and deliver an optimal customer experience
- Deliver coaching and training to the SKA sales network on solution-specific content
- Collect continuous client feedback from the assigned market and funnel to HQ
- Set best practice projects and develop PPT forms and videos for sharing

Qualifications
- Passion for fitness and proactive, ethical attitude
- Experience in healthcare fitness industry desirable; strong account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills
- Master in Economics, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
- Experience in Sales and/or Marketing in relevant industries
- Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Residential, Luxury industries
- Strong financial analysis, statistics, benchmarking
- Ability to deliver presentations and training
- Project management and marketing skills
- English fluency
