Salary range: EUR 50,000 - 65,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices
THE ROLE
We're looking for an Senior SEM Manager to own and scale our Paid Search growth strategy across Italy and Spain. You will drive acquisition growth through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on high-quality sessions, efficient CAC, and sustainable LTV:CAC. You'll operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging automation and experimentation to accelerate performance while protecting quality and brand integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Paid Search growth strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, covering Search, AI Max, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Drive scalable performance with an AI-first approach, leveraging automation for keyword insights, ad iteration, creative testing, reporting, and decision-making.
- Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing, landing page testing, geo testing, and incrementality measurement.
