Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the research, development, and selection of fabrics and trims across Rossignol’s collections, aligning with design and merchandising goals. You’ll lead material innovation from concept to commercialization and collaborate across teams and suppliers to meet performance, aesthetics, and cost targets. You’ll support sustainable material initiatives and supplier strategy while managing calendars and risk. - Own material development timeline aligning with seasonal calendars and milestones
- Lead cross‑functional materials meetings for clear decision‑making
- Support sustainable material initiatives ensuring compliance with certifications
- Manage material data within PLM systems ensuring accuracy and visibility
