At Cargoful we build AI for real-world decision making — optimization, agentic workflows, and the infrastructure that powers them.
We're a young, international team out of MIT, McKinsey, NASA, London Business School, Leonardo, Politecnico di Milano and Sant'Anna, backed by Berkeley SkyDeck (Silicon Valley), s2capital and B4i (Italy). We care about one thing: building things that work, and building them well.
What you'll actually work on
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO and the engineering team, with real ownership over what you ship:
- Working close to the AI layer that powers the product — agents, automation, machine learning, and the latest models
- New modules in our Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Automated testing infrastructure with Playwright

Modern stack, no legacy baggage, no busywork. You build it, you own it.
What we're looking for




- 3–6 years building web applications in Django-React (or a similar framework) and/or Mobile Applications in React Native
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor's or above)
- English at B2 or higher

The deal
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Full AI tooling + tech stack to work efficiently (Claude, Github copilot)
- Set-up: mainly remote, 1-2 days/month on-site in our Milan office (Porta Romana)
- €35-65k OTE + food stamps (range is adjusted based on the candidate seniority)
