As Pre‑sales Engineer you design end‑to‑end water treatment and sustainability architectures to solve customer challenges. You work with sales, engineering, and service teams to translate needs into tailored solutions. You’ll advance smart water management via IoT, analytics, and digital twins while ensuring compliance and cybersecurity. This role offers cross‑functional collaboration, growth, and a chance to influence meaningful projects in a diverse, safety‑first culture.

- Design end‑to‑end technical architectures for water treatment, monitoring, and sustainability platforms
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Draft, edit, and deliver proposals integrating input from sales, marketing, and technical experts
- Serve as the communication bridge across commercial and technical functions
- Prioritize contractor requirements in all communications and present operational outcomes as secondary benefits
- Maintain consistency in tone, branding,
and messaging across proposals and communications
- Collect feedback to refine communication strategies and develop templates, best practices, and knowledge libraries
- Drive adoption of smart water management technologies, including IoT, predictive analytics, and digital twins
- Ensure solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices
- Partner with product managers, R&D;, and field engineers to deliver scalable, customer‑focused solutions
- Maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical governance standards
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in designing complex technical solutions or architectures (industrial systems, water treatment, or infrastructure projects)
- Experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Strong capability to design end‑to‑end system arch
