About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to a dedicated Life Sciences client based in Central Latina, to support a large multi‑year construction project. In collaboration with client’s project executive, you will focus on moving the project forward to meet agreed upon schedule and budget.
This is not a remote role and does require onsite presence at client campus 3 – 5 days per week.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.




What You’ll Do
- Manage the core project team and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents. Participate in contractor tendering process and manage the project throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Interact directly with the client's project executive and stakeholders to manage all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Partner with client’s procurement team to define the project delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
