Experteer Overview
In this role you lead complex space mission projects to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals from conception to delivery. You work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure requirements are met and projects stay on track. You manage PMO activities, coordinate procurement, and oversee risk and financial health. You will operate within ESA/ASI standards, driving successful mission outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and capturing customer requirements
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) for smooth project execution
- Direct PMO activities, including Procurement Managers, to ensure timely, within‑budget deliverables
- Organize and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and workshops with clear outcomes and documentation
- Oversee project finances: cost estimation, budget tracking,



risk management and performance reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting schedule, budget, and performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ESA, ASI) throughout the lifecycle

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience in space missions or aerospace projects, preferably with ESA/ASI
- Ground segment management experience is a plus (C2, telemetry, comms)
- Proven leadership in building and guiding cross‑disciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of space mission standards and industry practices
- Strong financial acumen with cost estimation and budget management
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
