Experteer Overview
In this role you will support and enhance Supply Chain Execution in the EU, focusing on Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance and Quality. You will be a functional and technical SME for SAP and Limble, driving stability and continuous improvement within a global IT team. You translate business needs into system solutions across the full lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and ongoing support. The opportunity centers on delivering value to EU operations while shaping future tools and processes in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide SAP and Limble support for Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance in the EU
- Serve as functional and technical SME aligning business needs with system solutions
- Gather and document business requirements with IT and stakeholders
- Convert requirements into functional specifications for development
- Define and support testing activities including UAT and validation
- Participate in design reviews ensuring quality and compliance




- Troubleshoot issues and act as escalation point for incidents
- Lead small to mid‑sized system improvement projects and coordinate deployments
- Support system documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure SLA adherence and clear communication with business users

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Seven years of IT experience supporting Supply Chain execution processes (Manufacturing, Quality, Plant Maintenance)
- Ability to translate inputs into product requirements and testing conditions
- Strong documentation and progress communication skills
- Issue identification, clarification, and risk escalation abilitiesStrong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Leadership and problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience in SAP Manufacturing and SAP Quality
- Experience with Plant maintenance tools and SAP integration
- Customer‑centric mindset
- Experience with Service Now a plus
