We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven background in the eyewear industry to join our team as a Senior Optician/Optometrist at one of our stores in the center of Rome. The store is distinguished by its professionalism, elegance, and passion, offering a refined environment with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Conduct advanced eye examinations and refraction assessments.
- Fit and assemble ophthalmic lenses using computerized equipment.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on each customer's needs.
- Mentor, coordinate, and support junior colleagues and interns.
- Assist with store management and visual merchandising activities.

Requirements




- Qualified Optician/Optometrist diploma with valid professional certification/licensure.
- Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in the optical industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
- English proficiency; C1 certification is preferred.
- Fleunt Italian
- Knowledge of the Focus management system or similar retail management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with precision and initiative.
