As a CRM Functional Consultant, you utilise your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform and AI based solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.

You are also seen as an expert within the Dynamics 365 community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.

As a Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Solution Architect at Avanade, you will lead delivery engagements, providing expert services to solution and deliver large complex deals that span multiple technologies and offerings, including AI. You will lead the delivery team and provide Architecture guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions.



You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test) using both traditional waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- Leverage Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
- Leverage technical expertise to Architect, Design and Implement D365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions; be hands‑on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Lead and assist with pre‑sales engagements, meeting tight timelines
- Assess client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions
- Design Conceptual and Technical architectures
