RINA is currently recruiting for a Advisory & Consulting Associate Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Genoa within the Maritime Infrastructure Engineering Project Management Division.
Mission
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting project execution and assisting in the coordination of tasks to ensure successful project delivery. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, the Associate Project Manager helps manage resources, monitor project timelines, and maintain effective communication among team members and clients. #LI-MB4
Key Accountabilities
- Project Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining individual tasks, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team. Update project trackers and reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Client Interaction:
Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager. Address client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction. Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that all records, including contracts, scope documents, and timelines, are accurate and accessible. Track document versions and ensure compliance with company documentation standards. Assist in creating reports and summaries for internal and client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes to relevant stakeholders. Track key project milestones and send reminders to the team to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain and updat
